Who this service exists for

The service was built for the situations where travelling actually costs something: time, energy, or comfort.

  • Adults with an order

Who would rather avoid a trip to a clinic or a collection centre.

  • Seniors

For whom an at-home service is a concrete advantage — no transport, no standing in line.

  • People with reduced mobility

When leaving the house takes more organising than the procedure itself.

  • Families and caregivers

Looking for a simple, professional and predictable service for a loved one.

  • Busy professionals

Who prefer a window at home over losing half a day.

  • People recovering at home

After a hospital stay or a procedure, for eligible nursing care within the applicable framework.

Blood collection for children

Collection for children age 8 and older may be available when the type of collection, the order, the child’s situation and the service conditions allow it. A prior assessment of needs may be required.

We do not promise a collection for every child, every analysis or every situation. When booking, give the child’s age: that lets feasibility be validated before the appointment is confirmed, rather than discovered at the door.

  • The minimum age is 8.
  • The requested collection type must be appropriate for the service.
  • The order and the child’s situation are taken into account.
  • A prior assessment may be required before confirming.
