Why people choose an at-home service

  • No travel

No clinic, no collection centre, no parking to find on an empty stomach.

  • A time slot that is yours

You choose the moment. The visit belongs to you, with no queue ahead of it.

  • A regulated professional

A licensed practical nurse, member of the OIIAQ, practising within her scope and the applicable care methods.

  • Confidentiality

The form asks for no detailed health information. Collection is limited to what is necessary.

  • Real comfort

Your chair, your light, your pace. A concrete advantage with reduced mobility or during recovery.

  • Simple booking

A few fields, a confirmation, clear preparation instructions. Nothing more.

Two service categories, kept clearly apart

Blood collection and nursing care do not share the same conditions or the same pricing. The site keeps them distinct so nothing gets confused.

At-home blood collection

The nurse travels to you and performs the collection according to the order. The sample is then transported to the partner laboratory following its requirements. Analysis and results belong to the laboratory and the ordering professional.

The person who will come to your door

Tatyana is a licensed practical nurse. She created Vena Santé after seeing how often a trip to a collection centre becomes a real obstacle: for a senior, for a parent with a child, for someone recovering from a hospital stay.

  • Professionalism, respect and confidentiality on every visit.
  • Professional equipment and care methods that meet the applicable requirements.
  • Clear explanations before, during and after the collection.

Frequently asked questions

The answers most people look for before booking.

Do I need an order or prescription?

A valid order is required whenever the collection is performed under a prescription. When you book, simply indicate whether you already have one: it saves a pointless visit.

Do you provide blood collection for children?

Collection for children age 8 and older may be available when the type of collection, the order, the child’s situation and the service conditions allow it. A prior assessment of needs may be required.

We do not promise a collection for every child or every analysis.

What is the minimum age?

8 years old, and subject to the conditions above. Give the child’s age when booking so feasibility can be validated before the appointment is confirmed.

Do I need to fast?

It depends on the analysis ordered. Follow the preparation instructions written on your order or given by the ordering professional. The applicable instructions will also be repeated in your confirmation.

What documents should I have with me?

Your order where one is required, photo identification, your health insurance card where relevant, and any laboratory forms or documents that apply.
