You receive the appointment confirmation along with the preparation instructions that apply to your situation.

The licensed practical nurse arrives at your home at the agreed time with the required equipment.

Collection or care
The procedure is carried out according to the applicable standards and care methods, at your pace.

Laboratory
The sample is prepared, labelled and transported per the partner laboratory’s requirements, where this step applies.

Results
Results follow the process of the laboratory and of the ordering professional. They do not pass through this site.
And afterwards?
If you need to change or cancel, the cancellation policy applies and will be stated in your confirmation. For any question about your results, speak to the professional who signed the order: interpreting them is their role.
