Book an appointment
Three steps: your area, your paperwork, your time slot. Nothing more.
A medical order is required for laboratory testing.
-
Check your area
The service covers ten municipalities. Checking first avoids booking a visit we cannot make.
-
Get your paperwork ready
Your medical order must be sent ahead for laboratory testing. Have a valid piece of photo ID on the day of the visit as well.
-
Choose your time slot
Real availability shows in the calendar. You get a confirmation, then a reminder before the visit.
Step 1 — your area
Enter your town or your postal code. Outside the service area, write to us: a visit is sometimes still possible.
Check your address
Enter your town or your postal code. Final confirmation happens when the appointment is made.
Step 2 — what you need
Two documents are enough in most cases.
-
Your medical order
Required for laboratory testing, and to be sent ahead: through the booking platform or by email.
-
Photo identification
A valid piece of ID, shown at the time of the visit.
-
Health insurance card
Where relevant to the laboratory file.
-
The prescribed preparation
Fasting or an exact collection time, where the order calls for it. Morning slots go quickly.
Step 3 — your time slot
Availability, confirmation, reminders, changes and cancellation all run through our booking platform.
In the meantime, book directly
By telephone, by email, or through the request form. You get an answer with the proposed time slot and the instructions that apply.
